Shifto helps you plan and manage work schedules.
We aim to provide a reliable and useful service, but we do not guarantee that:
- the rota will always meet your specific business requirements
- the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free
You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any rota before using it operationally.
3. Your account
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login access secure
- all activity under your account
You must not use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.
4. Your data
You are responsible for the data you enter into Shifto, including:
- employee information
- schedules and availability
You confirm that you have the right to use and input this data.
Your use of data is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for illegal purposes
- attempt to disrupt or damage the service
- reverse engineer or copy the product
6. Availability of the service
We may update, change, or temporarily suspend the service at any time.
We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or data loss.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss
- we are not liable for business losses, including lost profits or missed shifts
- our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any)
Shifto is a planning tool, and final decisions remain your responsibility.
